Orders are usually despatched within 12-24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email or telephone us and we will try and cancel the order, however there is possibility it has been packed and it is with the courier. If we have received payment for any cancelled order we will refund.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will provide you with a refund or replacement. Please notify our Customer Service Team within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery by email; email@example.com or phone; 01924 666801.
When returning please note;
- Please ensure a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, and where possible please include tags and any packaging.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged carefully. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused and/or any refund due being reduced.
- We cannot accept any return items which have been used.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We recommend you obtain your receipt as proof of return from your local Post Office.
- Please do not return any items that were purchased from another retailer.
Any returns which are after 14 days are at our discretion.
