Refund policy
If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will provide you with a refund or replacement. Please notify our Customer Service Team within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery by email; admin@flasksonline.co.uk or phone; 01924 666801.
When returning please note;
- Please ensure a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, and where possible please include tags and any packaging.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged carefully. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused and/or any refund due being reduced.
- We cannot accept any return items which have been used.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We recommend you obtain your receipt as proof of return from your local Post Office.
- Please do not return any items that were purchased from another retailer.
Any returns which are after 14 days are at our discretion.
